Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season for all Catholics around the globe. This is a time of reflection and preparation for Easter. As we enter this sacred period in 2025, many seek meaningful ways to observe this day and share its significance with loved ones through thoughtful wishes and messages. Notre Dame schools are taking this Lenten season seriously. With our Muslim brothers and sisters who also celebrate the month of Ramadhan, may we all unite as one and create a peaceful world to live in. On this same day, 67 ladies of the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary have embarked to their new life and journey as installed sodalists. May they be of service in the name of Mama Mary.

The church's cause is God and we, people, are His chosen race. One of the roles of our church is to empower and equip its people to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through Our Lady of Lourdes. As Notre Dameans, let us all carry the message of Christ through our genuine service.
