TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Lightchasers Photography and made these terms and conditions entirely fair and simple. Please be sure to read this before availing any of our services, therefore, you imply that you agree to the Terms and Conditions. However, Lightchasers Photography shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of your failure to fully read and understand the Terms and Conditio

ns. Edit, alter or revision without our consent is prohibited. Our crew members shall be the exclusive supplier retained by the client during the event. Other people shall be permitted as long as they do not interfere with our duties. d. We are not liable for any issue of co-supplier or anyone that may affect our work. e. The client should provide food and refreshments during the conduct of services which are not limited to breakfast, lunch and dinner depending on the time of arrival to the end of the program, or the client should provide us with a meal allowance with a minimum amount of 250.00 each person per mealtime. f. Any of our crew members should be treated with kindness or with professionality and should not be treated cruelly or violently. g. External HDD (hard disk drive) should be provided during the day for the raw files else the files will be sent at client’s expense. h. Edited files will be delivered 2-8 weeks thru google drive and may be delayed by such circumstances and should be considered patiently. i. Reservation fee should be provided in order to block the date for any event and non-refundable in-case of re-schedule or cancellation within 30 days. j. Balance should be fully paid in cash on the day of the event. k. We have the right to suspend or terminate the contract for events beyond our control, including acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather events, earthquakes, etc.) and other unforeseeable events (riots, war, government actions, sabotage, etc.) The supplier and client agree to the following terms and conditions stated above.
