JC & Doc Euns, 🤍

There’s something really special about photographing a love story that feels genuine, quiet, and completely yours. Shooting your prenup at Nana’s Farm in Tagaytay felt like more than just creating beautiful photos. It was about capturing the little moments between you the way you look at each other, the laughter, the calm, and the kind of love that doesn’t need to be forced.

Thank you, JC and Doc Euns, for trusting me and the whole Team Ohana to tell this part of your story. I hope that years from now, when you look back at these photographs, you won’t just remember how beautiful that day was you’ll remember exactly how it felt to be this in love.

Your story is only beginning, and I’m grateful that I get to preserve a little piece of it.

With love,
Marco Constantino with Team Ohana 🤍

Kindness matters.

As you begin this beautiful journey of marriage, remember that love is not only found in the grand moments. Sometimes, it is found in the smallest things the way you speak to each other, the way you listen, the way you notice when your spouse needs help, and the simple choice to be gentle even on difficult days. As the years pass, routines can become familiar. Work, responsibilities, and eventually raising a family can make life busy. Sometimes, without realizing it, we become so comfortable with each other that we stop expressing the little acts of love that once came so naturally.
But don't let familiarity make you forget to choose each other.

Be intentional with kindness.

Make it a habit to notice your spouse. Ask, “How can I love you better today?” Learn what makes them feel appreciated. Make their favorite meal. Help with something they usually carry alone. Give them a sincere compliment. Listen without looking at your phone. Say thank you. Hold their hand. Pray together.
These things may seem small, but in marriage, small acts of love become the foundation of something much bigger.

Scripture reminds us that kindness is a fruit of the Spirit. “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness…” Galatians 5:22 And kindness multiplies.

When you choose kindness toward your spouse, you create a home where love is felt, not merely assumed. A home where forgiveness comes more freely, gratitude is expressed more often, and both of you are reminded that you are on the same team. So as you build your marriage, don't only dream about the big moments. Choose the little ones, too. Choose to say thank you. Choose to listen. Choose to forgive. Choose to serve. Choose to encourage. Choose to be gentle. And every day, choose each other again.

Because a beautiful marriage is not built in one grand moment. It is built through thousands of small, intentional acts of love and kindness. May your marriage always be more than a beautiful celebration.
May it be a testimony of love, faith, grace, and a lifetime of choosing each other and choosing God together.

A gentle reminder from Marco Constantino Films & Photography. We don't just capture weddings. We believe in telling stories that honor marriage, love, and the purpose behind the promise.

DEFINING LOVE GOD’S WAY: Love Is More Than a Feeling

For every newlywed couple, one of the most important things to understand is this: Marriage will teach you that love is more than butterflies, sweet messages, dates, and beautiful moments. Those things are beautiful and they are part of love. You will have days when you feel so happy just seeing your spouse walk through the door. You will have moments when a simple hug, kiss, or surprise can make your whole day.

But what happens when the feelings are not there? What happens when you are tired, frustrated, disappointed, or hurt?

That is where love becomes a choice. Because feelings change. There will be days when you feel close and days when you feel distant. There will be moments when you understand each other and moments when you don't. And when feelings don't align with what you know is right, we choose to love based on what God teaches us love truly is. Marriage is one of the greatest places where our understanding of love will be tested.

It is easy to say, “I love you,” when everything is beautiful. But real love is revealed when you say: I'm hurt, but I will still choose to understand you. “You made a mistake, but I will choose forgiveness.” “I'm tired too, but I will still serve you.” “We don't agree, but I will not stop respecting you.” “This season is difficult, but I will not easily give up on us.”

This is why we cannot define love only by what the world tells us. We need God to teach us what love is. And when we look at Jesus, we see the clearest picture of love. Jesus didn't love us only when it was easy. He didn't love us because we deserved it. He willingly carried the cross, suffered, and gave His life so that we could be saved. That is the kind of love that marriage needs not a perfect love from two perfect people, but a Christ-centered love from two imperfect people who continually learn to love the way Jesus loves.

When you don't know how to love your spouse in a difficult moment, look at Christ. When forgiveness feels difficult, look at Christ. When serving your spouse feels inconvenient, look at Christ. When you are tempted to say, “I deserve better,” remember that Christian love is not primarily about asking, “What can I get?” but asking, “How can I love, serve, and honor my spouse?”

A Gentle Reminder to Every Newlywed. Your spouse will not always love perfectly. And neither will you. There will be misunderstandings, weaknesses, bad days, and moments when both of you fall short. But that doesn't mean love has failed. It means you have another opportunity to practice grace, forgiveness, humility, patience, and selfless love.

Because the goal is not simply to have a marriage where you feel loved. The goal is to build a marriage where Christ's love is seen. This is part of the Marco Constantino vision to tell stories beyond the wedding day. We don't just celebrate the moment when two people say “I do.” We celebrate the lifelong journey of learning what those words truly mean. Love is not only the feeling that brought you together. Love is the commitment that keeps choosing each other. And when Christ is at the center, love becomes more than a feeling it becomes a purpose.

Your wedding day is the beginning of the story. May Christ be the author of everything that comes after. 🤍

STRONGER TOGETHER: Guard Your Hearts, Guard Your Marriage

Marriage will not always be easy. There will be days when you misunderstand each other, face financial pressure, experience disappointments, or simply feel tired from life. But newlyweds, remember this: difficult seasons are not always a sign that your marriage is failing. Sometimes, they are opportunities for your marriage to become stronger.

The Bible reminds us:

“As he thinks in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7
“Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23 What you repeatedly think about your spouse will eventually affect how you treat your spouse. When problems come, the enemy may whisper: “Maybe you made a mistake.” “He doesn't understand you.” “She will never change.” “You deserve someone better.” “Maybe separation is the answer.”

Be careful. Not every thought deserves to be believed. Instead, Philippians 4:8 reminds us to think about what is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and worthy of good report. When your spouse disappoints you, choose to remember the good. When communication becomes difficult, choose patience. When you feel weak, pray together instead of giving up on each other. And when life becomes heavy, remind yourselves that you are on the same team. Guard your eyes. Guard your words. Guard your friendships. But most importantly, guard your heart. Because a strong marriage is not a marriage without problems. It is a marriage where two people choose, again and again, to face those problems with God at the center and with each other not against each other.

A Gentle Reminder to Every Newlywed You promised to love each other not only on the beautiful days, but also on the difficult ones. So when the storm comes, don't immediately ask, “How do we get out of this?” Ask instead, “Lord, how can this season make us stronger together?”

This is part of the Marco Constantino vision to tell stories that go beyond beautiful photographs. Because every wedding has a beautiful beginning, but the real story is written in the years that follow: two people growing, choosing, forgiving, praying, and building a life together with purpose. Your wedding day is one beautiful chapter. Your marriage is the story. And with God, even the difficult chapters can become beautiful. 🤍
