As 2019 draws to a close, I decided to look back at my pics over the year.

I spent most of January in the Philippines with my mother. It was our first trip back in more than 20 years. I met a lot of photogenic cousins who hadn't been born during my last visit. We also got to reunite with our dear friends the Changs who came from China to meet with us, since we were "in the neighborhood" on their side of the world. Only a maniac like me packs a light, stand, and modifier for an international vacation.
