Imagine if fear was never in our vocabulary — where would we have been in life right now? What would we achieve?

It does work.

PULOT ARAL TAYO KABAYAN?

LIFE LESSONS:

lessons.

The Struggle of Starting Over

Starting something new is always hard. We all know it, but we often don’t want to face it. Many of us stay in jobs that make us unhappy or don’t even pay enough to cover our needs, simply because the thought of starting over feels too scary. The fear of uncertainty holds us back, and that fear is real.

Even though we hear all the motivational speeches about taking risks, the truth is, the fear of change often keeps us stuck. We wonder, “What if it doesn’t get better? What if I fail again?”

Starting over is never easy. It’s uncomfortable, it’s uncertain, and it feels overwhelming. But here’s the thing—those hard beginnings are where we grow. The struggle is part of the journey. Yes, it’s scary, but you have to keep pushing forward. The fear is normal, but don’t let it stop you from finding something better.

You are not alone in this. We all face it. But remember, every new start is a step closer to what you deserve.

The Struggle with Perfectionism

I’ve been battling perfectionism for so long, and it’s been a tough fight. I’ve always wanted to do things perfectly, believing that if I couldn’t do it right the first time, then I had failed. The pressure to get everything perfect, to make everything easy, has worn me down. When things don’t go the way I imagine, I get so discouraged, like I’m not good enough, like I’m not trying hard enough.

Sometimes, it feels like I’m too scared to fail, so I end up giving up before I even give myself the chance to grow. It’s like my own perfectionism holds me back, making me want everything to come effortlessly, without struggle. But I’m starting to realize that this need for perfection is not only draining but also unrealistic. Progress doesn’t happen in one try, and growth doesn’t happen overnight. It’s okay to stumble, to take more than one step, and to not have everything figured out right away.

I’m learning that it's okay to not be perfect. It’s okay to be human, to fail, and to try again.
