عوامِ تھنگداس تا گوہر آباد کی جانب سے محکمہ برقیات کے حکام بالا کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ محکمہ اور عوام کے مابین سنہ 2022 میں ہونے والے معاہدے کے مطابق علاقے میں حالیہ بدترین اور غیر اعلانیہ لوڈ شیڈنگ پر فوری قابو پایا جائے۔

مزید برآں، سنگل فیز تھری کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر 24 گھنٹے کے اندر تھنگداس تا گوہر آباد کے لیے مختص کیا جائے تاکہ عوام کو درپیش بجلی کے شدید مسائل کا خاتمہ ممکن ہو سکے۔

یہ امر بھی واضح کیا جاتا ہے کہ سنگل نالے کے پانی پر صرف تھنگداس، سنگل، گیچ اور گوہر آباد کے چاروں دیہات کا حق محفوظ ہے۔ لہٰذا محکمہ برقیات اپنے بجلی کے شیڈول یا دیگر منصوبہ بندی میں کسی بھی غیر متعلقہ علاقے کو مذکورہ دیہات کے ساتھ شامل کرنے سے گریز کرے۔

محکمہ برقیات سے پرزور مطالبہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر عوام کے ان جائز مطالبات کو پورا کرے۔ بصورتِ دیگر، عوام کو یہ حق حاصل ہوگا کہ وہ سنگل نالے کے پانی کو محکمہ کے پاور ہاؤسز کے لیے فراہم نہ کریں۔
