یہ سوڈان کے قاری سید نور ہیں..
کہا جاتا ہے کہ 40-1930 کے دوران جب وہ قرآن پاک کی تلاوت کیا کرتے تھے تو لوگ سڑکوں پر رُک جاتے تھے. انہوں نے اپنی تلاوت کو ریکارڈ ہونے سے روک دیا۔ حج کے دوران ہی سعودی عرب کے بادشاہ عبدالعزیز کے کہنے پر ریکارڈ رکھنے پر اتفاق کیا۔ ان کا انتقال 1960 میں کویت میں ہوا۔
