Description
1. The "Synchronicity of Souls" is the first international art exhibition organized by the Institute of Art and Design at the University of Sargodha, Pakistan. The event will be held at the Zubaida Agha Art Gallery, located at the Institute of Art and Design, University of Sargodha, Pakistan, in March 2024.
Submitting an Application
2. *Participation fee: Payment for Well-printed copies and exhibition expenses is 45 USD for your each artwork (all bank charges at the side of participant)
3. Bank account number will be sent to your mail address
4. NOTE: Sending the original artworks is not needed.
5. Payment for the well-printed copies and exhibition expenses.
EXHIBITION:
6. The well-printed copies of selected artworks will be exhibited at a Zubaida Agha Art Gallery, Institute of Art and Design University of Sargodha, Pakistan.
7. Online Exhibition: All submitted works of art will also be displayed in an online exhibition.
8. All selected artists will receive an international online certificate.

11. The jury members judging artworks and if you get enough rank, list will be display on given date.
12. The participation fee have to paid via PayPal account; (only for International Artists)
13. Institute will be responsible to collect and drop the art work of National Artists.
14. **Artists can give their consent for the sale of their original artworks. The artworks are sold with a general commission of 30% for the gallery. If the artwork is sold, the artist must send the original artwork to the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. Shipping costs are paid by the seller.

18. Participation fee for International Artits: 45USD (for printing, framing, exhibiting)
19. Size of image: 3-5Mb and minimum 2500pixle on the longer size;
20. Please add this data in your JPEG file: Name, Email, Title, Country
21. .Image must be correctly oriented (vertical or horizontal).
22. Show only the image, no frame or mat. Image must be cropped to show painting only.
23. No digital enhancement is allowed.
24. Artist statement/ brief introduction of the artist.
25. Deadline for application submission: 30th of December 2023
26. Announcement of the selected work list: 15 January 2024
27. Deadline for participation fee : 22th of January 2024
28. Opening exhibition: March 2024
29. *Only selected work will be displayed.
