A leading public utility organization in Karachi is seeking a Manager – Social Compliance / ESG to strengthen its Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) function.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in ESMS, ESG (Social), stakeholder engagement, grievance redress mechanisms (GRM), social audits, labor & community compliance, gender and social inclusion, and social safeguards.
Candidates with corporate ESG experience, particularly in the Social (S) pillar, are highly encouraged to apply.
