Punjab University Fee Refund Policy
یہ ان طلبہ کے لیے بہت ضروری ہے جو ایک ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں فیس جمع کروا چکے ہیں لیکن ان کا نام کسی دوسرے ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں بھی آ سکتا ہے۔

1. اگر Department Same ہے
مثال: PUCIT میں Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science
یا School of Biological Sciences میں Biochemistry اور Biotechnology میں کیا ہے
اگر پہلے ایک پروگرام میں نام آیا اور بعد میں اسی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے دوسرے پروگرام میں نام آ گیا تو آپ کی فیس اور ڈاکومنٹس خود بخود Transfer ہو جائیں گے۔ آپ کو صرف درخواست جا کر دینی ہو گی۔
آپ کو Refund کے لیے اپلائی کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں۔

2. اگر Department Different ہے
مثال: Physics سے Law میں یا College Hailey سے English Studies میں

اس صورت میں 2 کام کرنے ہوں گے:

1. نئے ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں نئی فیس جمع کروانی ہو گی۔
جہاں آپ کا نام آیا ہے وہاں جا کر نئے سرے سے فیس کا چالان جمع کروائیں تاکہ آپ کا داخلہ کنفرم ہو جائے۔

2. پرانے ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے Fee Refund

ہاسٹل درخواست لازمی ہے
اگر کسی طالب علم نے داخلے کے وقت ہاسٹل کے لیے درخواست جمع نہیں کروائی، تو بعد میں ہاسٹل حاصل کرنا ممکن نہیں ہوگا۔

📝 ہاسٹل کے لیے درخواست کیسے دیں؟

جب آپ کا نام میرٹ لسٹ میں آ جائے اور آپ ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں داخلے کے لیے اصل دستاویزات جمع کروانے جائیں، اسی موقع پر ہاسٹل کی درخواست بھی جمع کروانی ہوگی۔

درکار دستاویزات:

- مکمل بھرا ہوا ہاسٹل فارم
- ہاسٹل فیس کا چالان
- میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے رزلٹ کارڈز کی نقول
- متعلقہ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی داخلہ فیس کا چالان
- داخلے کے لیے تمام اصل دستاویزات اور ان کی فوٹو کاپیاں

*General List اور First Merit List میں فرق*

*1. General List*
اس میں پروگرام کے لیے اپلائی کرنے والے *تمام طلبہ* کے نام میرٹ کے ساتھ شامل ہوتے ہیں۔

*مقصد:* طلبہ کو اپنی پوزیشن کا اندازہ ہو تاکہ وہ بروقت متبادل آپشن کا فیصلہ کر سکیں۔
*اہم نوٹ:* اس میں نام آنے کا مطلب داخلہ نہیں ہے۔

*مثال:* 100 سیٹوں والے پروگرام میں اگر آپ کا نمبر General List میں 300+ ہے تو داخلے کے چانسز بہت کم ہیں۔

*2. First Merit List*
اس میں *صرف منتخب طلبہ* کے نام ہوتے ہیں جن کا داخلہ کنفرم ہے۔

انہیں یونیورسٹی مقررہ تاریخ تک Documents اور فیس جمع کروانے کا کہتی ہے

فیس جمع نہ کرانے کی صورت میں داخلہ منسوخ ہو جاتا ہے
