This is about learning to make Carrot Halwa ( #گاجرحلوہ) in a pure organic way at home. Asst. Prof. Ghazi Muhammad Abdullah shares some wonderful time in the kitchen while his soulmate is preparing the traditional Gajjar Halwa in her own method. During the whole video one is mesmerised to see the wonderful making of the traditional sweet dish of the Indo-Pakistan Subcontinent.
