Abstract:
A Quiet Kind of Scream is a photography project about emotions that people feel but cannot
express. Many individuals go through inner struggles like sadness, anxiety, and loneliness,
but they often stay silent because of fear or judgment. This project uses expression
photography to show those hidden feelings through faces, body language, light, and mood.
Each image represents a silent moment where a person is dealing with their inner emotions.
The goal is to turn these unseen feelings into something visible, so others can understand
them without words.
This project aims to create awareness about mental and emotional struggles and help people
feel less alone. By seeing these images, viewers may connect with the emotions and realize
that others feel the same way. A Quiet Kind of Scream encourages empathy, understanding,
and open conversations about feelings that are usually left unspoken.
