ABASYN UNIVERSITY intends to arrange a MEGA Welcome Party 2022 for Newcomers in 3rd week of December 2022 for about 500+ persons at Nishtar Hall Peshawar Including all department Students/Deans/ HOD’s / faculty / Staff and Management of the University.
The organizing team will include selected Students representing ALL DEPARTMENTS. Their selection will be made after consultation with HOD’S. At least 5-10 Male/Female active students from every department will be needed. CR are requested to Provide the List of interested students, who are interested for the organizing team.
All Department students will be given a fair chance to give auditions to prepare themselves for the mega event.
Tentative plan
1. Speech by Guest of Honour
2. Motivational Speaker
3. Pride of performance Awards (Youth Icons, Celebrities, Sports Stars, Famous personalities etc.)
4. Performances by Students
5. Special Promo video of all events in this year
6. Musical performance by a well-known Band
7. Lunch
8. Group Photos..
