I have learned that meditating is kind of like watching clouds☁️ You are simply observing something that is always changing, always moving - and not trying to find the perfect cloud, but rather enjoying each one for its own beauty. Think of your thoughts as clouds, don’t try to change them, just watch them flowing across the sky of your mind✨ They may not all be perfect, but there is beauty in the imperfect, the messy and the mysterious ☁️🙏🏻 .
