وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُوا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ
“And those who, when they commit an open indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins — and who forgives sins except Allah? — and they do not persist in what they did while they know.”
(Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:135)

“And it is not for any human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation, or from behind a veil, or by sending a messenger who reveals by His permission whatever He wills. Indeed, He is Most High, All-Wise.”

“O you who have believed, do not take as intimates [i.e., close advisors] those other than yourselves [i.e., believers], for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the verses, if you will use reason.”

مَن جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهَا وَهُم مِّن فَزَعٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ آمِنُونَ ﴿٨٩﴾ وَمَن جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَكُبَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٩٠﴾

“Whoever comes with a good deed will have better than it; and they, on that Day, will be safe from terror. And whoever comes with an evil deed – their faces will be turned over in the Fire, [and it will be said], ‘Are you recompensed except for what you used to do?’”
