Confession - For years fear held me back from pursuing my dream of painting. It’s been a journey of growth, trust and finally saying - YES!! - to what lights me up.

2022 - what a journey !!

What I have learned in 2022 is to let go. Let go of everything that doesn’t serve you anymore. ( and still 2 months to go )
I didn’t know how, I was scared, I cried a river or maybe even an ocean, I disconnected, I hid and that was all ok because It was a part of the process of growing.

I had some support but I was mainly depending on myself.
It was so empowering and relieving.

When we let go, we make space for new. Also for a new version of ourselves. I grew. Day by day I learned to express myself more freely, authenticity, truthfully and the more I did that the more beautiful people and experiences I attracted into my life.

This is alignment.

This is power.

This is freedom.

The best advice I have at the moment is to be YOU.

Don’t be ashamed to say I don’t know or hey, guys I’ve no idea what you talking about. Be YOU.

People (and life) want to know who You really are.

The version of you that has no limitations, no worry about judgment, no fear to share what’s on your mind and in your heart.
