Two years ago, I travelled to Złodziejewo in Poland for the Wiele dróg – jedna pasja photography workshop, organised by Marcelina Oczkowska, where I had the opportunity to learn from the brilliant Przemysław Koch.
It was a workshop in cinematic photography - creating images that feel like a single frame taken from a much bigger story. It pushed me to think differently about light, atmosphere and everything that might be happening beyond the photograph itself.
I also met the most wonderful group of like-minded creatives there. We learned together, created together, laughed a lot, and some of those connections became real friendships.
I haven’t been very active on social media for quite a while, and somehow these photographs have been waiting on my hard drive for two years. But work we still love doesn’t suddenly expire, does it?
And, of course, I had to include one or two behind-the-scenes photographs as well… because sometimes the backstage chaos is just as good as the final result 😂
So, finally, here is the first little piece of Złodziejewo ❤️
