Recently I've been to Iran, traveling from Teheran to south of the country. Soon a full reportage of my experience in this one of most intriquing countries I've been to and I am planning to come back this year. I didn't feel at home there, but ironically, regarding the political situation and the position of women there - I felt at peace.
Here, women gathering in front of Imamzadeh Saleh in north Teheran. They are wearing obligatory chadors - as a woman, when you enter the mosque you have to fully cover your body. In front of the mosque there was a small changing room with a big pile of chadors to borrow if you didn't have yours.
Shot on Fujifilm Velvia 100 with my beloved Contax T2.
