If you asked me to name one place in Portugal I’d love to return to — I’d say Praia da Tocha. 🫰
It’s the most atmospheric beach I’ve seen during all my time living in Portugal.
I fell in love with the old fishermen’s houses, wooden structures, retro vibes, traditional boats, endless sand, Atlantic wind, and the incredible atmosphere of this place.
There’s something here that reminds me of California, old-school surf towns, and the freedom of the ocean. 🌊
This place doesn’t try to be perfect.
It’s simply real and authentic. And perhaps that’s exactly why I wanted to photograph every little detail.
The only thing I didn’t get to see this time was the local fishermen launching their boats into the ocean.
So, Praia da Tocha,
this is not goodbye. It’s a “see you soon.” 📷🌊

Якби мене попросили назвати одне місце в Португалії, куди я хочу повернутися — я б назвала Praia da Tocha. 🫰
Це найатмосферніший пляж, який я бачила за весь час життя в Португалії.
Мене підкорили ці старовинні рибальські будиночки, дерев’яні конструкції, ретро вайб, човни, пісок, вітер і неймовірна атмосфера місця.
Є тут щось від Каліфорнії, старих surf towns і свободу океану. 🌊
Місце зовсім не намагається здаватися ідеальним. Воно просто справжнє. І, мабуть, саме тому його так хочеться фотографувати.
Єдине, чого я не побачила цього разу, — як місцеві рибалки спускають човни в океан.
Тож Praia da Tocha,
це не прощання. Це “до зустрічі”. 📷🌊
