One year now! Only eating plants. Ooo yes without comparison I feel the greatest well being in my life. One year of training Calisthenics, playing tennis and paddel and eating only plants. Excluded ALL animal products from my food intake.
This journey has been fantastic in many different ways. But the the most profound and amazing is the raising energy level. More energy and more mental clarity. Stronger feelings of satisfaction and happiness. And almost all my inflammation and pain is gone. I can do two training sessions almost every day. And that is a mixture of Calisthenics, tennis, paddel and High intensity interval training running uphill with full speed and reaching maximum pulse. Wonderful. And I add a lot of stretching (yoga).
And the truth is beyond any reasonable doubt....we do NOT need any animal products to thrive and build strength and endurance. Raising your frequency and the life experience will be very different.
And the naked truth is that killing animals is just for one reason - enjoyment and pleasure. Nothing is wrong nor right. Source is neutral and we all make our decisions and experience the consequences. But for me this is the happiest period in my life. Just the feeling of happiness to have excluded all animal products is so strong. And then comes the the addition of eating fresh plant based food that really just makes it even stronger and better. Health and wellbeing is the result.

Well... look at the photos...newly taken. To me it seems that the result speaks for itself. The outer look. because the feeling and totally difference between how I experience my life now compared to how my life was one year ago. It's amazing!! Nothing but just amazing and massive. And my Medical doctor said....-excellent ..after my blood test. Very low bad cholesterol. And -I have gained about 4 kilos muscles. Calisthenics. And as I said before it's not body building....it's just a fantastic way of training the whole body in a very entertaining way. Find a food plan that keeps your ideal weight. No swinging up and down..no special "diets"...just eat healthy whole plant based food with lot's of carbs, moderat protein and healthy fats!! Yeah THAT'S IT! Keep it simple and move your body! It's designed to be in motion. And keep going with positive thoughts and try to stay in the moment- mindfulness. And one more thing....put lot of effort to try to be neutral as much as possible in life. Not easy when we look at this world we created....right?! But it's very effective to keep high frequency and avoiding to become too emotional and depressed.
