another attempt, another day.

14C they say, its actually only 8C degrees.

I past the field in silence, seen nothing.
I brought water and a snack.

The waiting for the fox is on.

back in time.....(almost 50 years)
i was around 10 years old..
i made holiday at my uncle in the monastary...
the other priests told me, there was a fox in the forrest..
next morning at dawn, i went, with my tiny pocket camera...
I installed myself at a edge of a field, a forrest and a path...
i sat and enjoyed the scene...
a sound from a blackbird behind me..
alarm...
i looked behind me....
and stared in the snout of a fox that was staring at me....
forget the photo...
that is imprinted in my brain.

i love silence......
I enjoy the sound of nature.....
The view, birds, the buzzing sound of insects, leafs moving in the wind and sometimes the rush of the little creek......
Specially saturday eves and sunday eves......

It failed......

When i came out and saw this sky, i thought straight away, lets make a time lapse (i explained a few posts back).

The sky looked promising, the weather, the position.
Battery set and full, tripod great and no wind.

Camera set on distance, timer and all settings to get the best photos.

It would run for over 800 photos, every 10 seconds 1.

During the ongoing process i noticed it already.
Colours fainted, grey came.
It would be not what i wished for (as often).

I switched off the camera after 260 photos.

A waste of battery, and later on the time to work on it on the pc.

A photo, it took away a moment. That moment was brought to us.

Editing; that is what you only see in any reel on any social media. Edit your photos and use our special templates. I have seen those people shooting. Taking a dozen photos and they choose one to edit.

Editing starts with your eye, it communicates with your vission and your brain.
Your brain hands it over to your camera and you adjust the settings and the style of shooting.
You capture the moment as it was offered to you. (even if this was a model and posing to you).

Editing and templates brought AI in our life's. We are uh wait.......they are depending on it and can not make their own signature in the photo.

Your own signature; is your own style, your own line and your only connection in all the work you shoot (not make).
This line makes you different from other photographers. The way to stand out of t he crowd.

A photo does not need editing. Maybe when it is used for adverts, yes, for a different reason.

People now this day are blasted away by the strong and sparkling colours every beginner is using. Even some professionals can blast a photo.

But the reality in the photo gots lost, the soul is gone.
A photo with a removed soul is just a picture.

A real original photo lives forever.

1 and a half hour; this video shows you that duration of work. Land cleaning at 6.30am. Because later this week it will be to hot to do. And i have so much more work to do, alone, with this types of work. The reason of selling the house. I can not keep doing this alone. Suffering is not a purpose in life. I love this work and everything else i do but in equal doses. If we could do both together all the landwork it would be perfect. Snif.
