RO: Daca deja ati inceput pregatirile pentru petrecerea de revelion, venim si noi cu o sugestie de aperitiv festiv care se face extrem de usor, cu putine ingrediente si care merge perfect pentru acest eveniment. Un platou de aperitive sau antipasto, intrucat sunt inspirate din bucataria italiana, asezate sub forma de coronita de brad.
Ce aveti nevoie? Scobitori, mini-mozzarella, salam crud uscat, rosii cherry mici si masline asortate fara samburi (noi am avut un mix de masline verzi si kalamata). Asezam ingredientele pe scobitori alternand cateva masline cu rosiile, mozzarella si feliile de salam. Pregatim suficient de multe astfel incat atunci cand le asezam pe platou sa putem forma o coronita. Pentru decor noi am folosit cateva crengute de rozmarin. Daca va place ideea, salvati-o si voi si incercati-o in noaptea dintre ani.
EN: As Christmas days are over, we slowly started preparing for the New Year’s Eve party. Today we wanted to share with you a very simple way to make a festive appetizer or antipasto as it is an Italian inspired appetizer. All you need are some bamboo skewers, salami, mini-mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and a mix of green and kalamata olives with the seed removed. We alternate ingredients by adding one of each kind on a skewer and when we finish we place them on a serving board as a Christmas wreath. We used some rosemary to give it a more realistic look. If you like the idea, give it a try in the next few days.
