Amazing day out at last week ☺️📚
I absolutely loved the event, next year I’m definitely signing up for some of the workshops too.
I sat in on a brilliant talk with Lucy Steeds and Harriet Constable, chaired by Clare Chambers. Three incredible authors in conversation about their writing process and what really goes into creating a novel… and one thing that stuck with me? Research. Lots and lots of research.
The weather was beautiful, and it was such a lovely chance to catch up with fellow book club members, chatting about books, life, and everything in between.
I ended the day with a visit to the pop-up bookshop by our local (which felt like the perfect way to finish it off).
Such a wonderful event, huge shoutout to the organisers for putting it all together. Already can’t wait for next year 🤍📖
