👉 Here’s a short glimpse into how it all started for Hasse:
My goal from the beginning wasn’t actually to be behind the camera - but in front of it.
Actor, presenter... I wanted to be seen on screen.
But along the way, I discovered that being behind the camera was pretty great too. Becoming a video producer became the new goal. Thanks to a true iron-lady of a guidance counselor, I managed to get into Gamleby. That led to an internship at TV4. They were not hesitant to take me on - interns usually just got in the way. But they gave me a trial period anyway. And they really put me to the test…
On my third day, I was sent out alone to cover a plane crash. I drove out, searching for the plane, and eventually found an older man pulling it out of a ditch with his tractor. I filmed and interviewed him. Just as I finished and walked back to the car, SVT rolled in. They almost laughed when they saw that a lone intern had already captured the day’s scoop.
That moment led to a job at TV4, and eventually opened the door to many more opportunities.
My first contact with Ljud & Bildmedia was in 2007. When Lasse Lundgren, a seasoned veteran, often used to say, “We’re heading out to Tisse.”
