Chernihiv close to the Belarusian border and Russia. This border neighborhood got bombarded by the Russians heavily and at the beginning of the war in February.

Kids and elderly still there trying to grasp the new life and helping to recover what’s left of their home.

Bucha, Ukraine. April 11, 2022.

We visited the place where the massacre and mass ex*****on took place and got to see when they were looking for several bodies that are suspected to be deeper in the ground. When we arrived, 46 bodies had been found, however, the priest who was spared from the massacre said that over 100 people were executed on the spot and buried in mass graves at the back of the church.

Ukrainian war crimes investigators from the public prosecutors were on site to monitor the whole thing together with forensic doctors and police who took on the task.

There are hardly any words that can describe the feelings, thoughts and reflections that went through your head when you witness the result of a genocide with your own eyes. A genocide in Europe. Then the question is how many more places will we get to see similar events. We see coffins lying in a row and can discern the people who were killed by the Russian arm during the Putin regime make one think about life and what they were and what dreams they had before they were slaughtered by monsters comparable to N**i Germany's SS troops.

We stood in silence as they dug and stuck poles into the ground to look for potential bodies and the entire press corps that was with them held their breath for each sod. Almost so for each sod we held a minute of silence and the palpable veil of terrified panic that lay over the place was enormously palpable.

On April 13, the day I write this, several bodies have been found and more evidence has been unearthed that clearly shows how Russia has abused humanity and committed war crimes.

Outside the railway station in Liviv during a cold and windy night thousen of refugees gathered to find a way to get out of Ukraine to Poland. For some people the only way to find some warmth is to stand close to one of the oil barrels that is all around the camp. One man in a wheelchair kept worm thar night.

Tonight at Avici arena in Stockholm, Sweden, a live fundraising event took place and was broadcast on the national TV and a interview with me, showed my pictures and my story from my time in Ukraine 🇺🇦

For those who haven't seen it I will upload it here. Unfortunately it's only in Swedish but it is about me documenting the refugees and the exodus from Kyiv, Ukraine to Poland.

Warm soupe is available to everyone in need and for some it's the first food they can get after several hours on the run from the invading Russians. The Red Cross tents are open day and night for everyone and helping 24/7.
