Tuesday evening's sunset produced some of the raraste cloud formations I've experienced. From a distance I thought the lines on the clouds wwre rain but as they got nearer I saw they were textured and so intruiging to look at. I'm researching what they are called so will update this post when I learn what they are and hopefully what causes them. Made for an interesting if not eerie photograph!💙

Bird flying high you know how I feel..🎵
Yesterday evening's sunset was pretty epic, up there in my top 5 of epic light with lilacs in the city. A lovely lilac walk with my girlfriend took us along parts of Södermalm along to Monteliusvägen once again and with loads of people out it was a lovely atmosphere. Then the light changed as the showers came producing a stunning atmosphere and errie light over the city. Mood factor 10 hit as the mood got even better with a rainbow during the rainfall. I was totally in my element, my girlfriend also loves being out in the rain too so a happy time was had despite the soaking! For the photography I was continually wiping the lens free of raindrops inbetween shots, something that's easily forgotten in the excitement of the moment. A few more shots to come over the next week, stay tuned💜

A short lilac photowalk along Södermalm Wednesday morning. So many beautiful lilacs everywhere in Stockholm right now and for the next week, impossible to capture all the best spots with them but one can have fun trying!
