Have been judging print panels and prints for the Dansk Fotografisk Forening photographic competition this weekend. I was also invited to discuss drone photography and printing. Judging together with Ina Vrinssen and Kennet Islandi Havgaard, with Jørgen Brandt as head judge. Nice to meet up with all fellow photographers. Thank you!

YEEEEEEEES! 🥳 Over the moon to win in Las Vegas at the Icon International Photography Awards, in the category Portrait Children. I also won 2nd place in Wedding -Wedding Day Couples Together. Many wonderful photos in the competition (1700 entries from 33 countries), very inspired to see all finalists.

It is the second day of ICON Awards print competition judging in Las Vegas. I had three prints in the finals today (top-10); in the wedding categories Groom/Bride alone, Reportage, and Couple Together (today). See YouTube link in the comments. The winners are revealed tomorrow, holding my fingers crossed for all Team Sweden photographers! 🙂

Så glad att komma till final och bli rankad topp-10 i världen av World Photographic Cup, samt att det går så bra för Team Sweden 🇸🇪

Finalisterna i World Photographic Cup (WPC), det som vi också kallar VM i fotografi, offentliggjordes under två sändningar på YouTube den 17 och 19 december 2025. Landslagskapten John Hellström kunde glatt konstatera att i det svenska landslaget har 8 bilder från 6 fotografer gått vidare till...

🇸🇪 Sweden is represented in the World Photographic Cup (WPC) 2026 by a strong national photography team for its size. Next week will indicate if we are improving or not.

Over the years, the Swedish National Photography Team has developed significantly in depth, quality, and international competitiveness. One contributing factor is the Swedish National Championship in Photography, Svenska Mästerskapet i Fotografi, which has played an important role in raising standards and identifying talent. It is inspiring to see how consistently Swedish photographers perform on the world stage.

I serve as Captain of the Swedish National Photography Team, and this year I have also qualified to compete in the Nature Wildlife and Wedding Open categories.

Who will be ranked Top 10 in the world? The WPC finalists for 2026 will be announced on the WPC YouTube channel on Wednesday 17 December and Friday 19 December.
