Stephanie said yes!!
And the rain made it more romantic.
From the UK, Rhys reached out months ago with the intention to propose to Stephanie at the OCBC Skyway. It's a place close to their hearts.
With wet afternoons a daily occurrence, we explored alternatives but Gardens by the Bay was still their favourite.
Rain it did, but it took away the crowds leaving the gardens exclusive to them. I had the privilege to witness Rhys proposing under an umbrella. It was romantic, just like the movies.
