James & Nica — A Prewedding Escape to Khao Yai, Thailand 🇹🇭🤍
For James and Nica’s prewedding session, we wanted to create something that felt a little different — relaxed, intimate and beautifully effortless.
Knowing how much they love visiting Thailand, we decided that Khao Yai would be the perfect destination for them. Rather than going for something overly formal, we chose a more casual and light-hearted approach that allowed their personalities and natural chemistry to shine through.
What we love about photographing in Khao Yai is its sense of space and calm. With its smaller population and quieter weekdays, we’re able to explore beautiful locations without the usual crowds, giving our couples the freedom to simply enjoy the experience together. The greenery, open landscapes and slower pace also bring a wonderful softness to the photographs.
James and Nica were such a lovely couple to photograph. There was no need to over-direct the moments — sometimes it was simply about letting them walk, laugh, talk and enjoy being together while we quietly captured everything in between.
For us, a prewedding shoot should be more than just creating beautiful photographs. It should also become part of the couple’s story — a little journey and a memory they can look back on years from now.
And for James and Nica, Khao Yai felt just right. 🤍
