If you’re looking for the ultimate everyday Fujifilm carry, the choice isn’t just about the camera body—it’s about how you choose to frame your world.

We took three of our favorite compact powerhouses out to the exact same spot to show you how different lens setups change the story:

1) X-E5 + XF 16mm f/2.8 R WR – The wide-angle storyteller. Perfect for capturing the full environment, dramatic streetscapes, and grand architecture.

2) X100VI (Fixed 23mm f/2) – The iconic, all-in-one legendary leaf-shutter compact. A classic, fixed field of view that needs no introduction.

3) X-M5 + XF 23mm f/2.8 R WR – The best of both worlds. The same classic focal length as the X100VI, but built onto our ultra-compact, interchangeable content-creation machine.

Fixed lens convenience, or interchangeable freedom? Swipe through to see the straight-out-of-camera rendering and tell us: Which setup fits your shooting style best?

Travel changes when you move through it with attention.

Different tools, same instinct — to notice the light, follow the rhythm, and keep what felt worth remembering.

In low light and dense green surroundings, detail matters just as much as atmosphere.

Led by X-Creator Derrick Ong, this vibrant workshop turned everyday scenes into bold black-and-white art. Participants studied Hiroshi Sugimoto’s iconic style, mastered Fujifilm ACROS settings, and picked up sharp composition tricks. Hands-on shooting and filter tests brought concepts to life, playing with light, shadow and contrast. It was an inspiring session where ordinary moments became striking, memorable images.

Classic Chrome has a way of pulling the scene inward.
Muted colour, restrained contrast, and a documentary sensibility that lets the story speak first.

Mia Moran brings this mood to the Cali Coast in a reel that feels both quiet and cinematic. Recipe at the end.
