Time flies when you're having fun, studying and growing into a adult! Yes, if you haven't yet guessed, we're talking about one of the slowest-to-come yet fastest-to-finish moments in life: graduation. All that hard academic work may seem like a lifetime of its own, but at the same time, it's over before you know it. Whether your grad is finishing middle school, high school, or college, this once-in-a-lifetime milestone is deserving of so much celebration!
As today is the golden day you have always dreamed of, make sure to enjoy, appreciate and be proud of yourself!
I'm elated to see you all graduating today. I very much aware of the necessary efforts you all have put in over the years, my felicitation and warm wishes to you all 🙌🎉💐
But however, let me inform you all now that the corporate world you have always perceive is a different one you will enter from today.
You are about to enter a dynamic world on it own.
A one that requires not only your first class qualifications, but your skills, qualities and experiences.
Immediately as you dispatch from this gathering, you will face your predecessors whom so many of them are still navigating their ways in the employment world.
I'm sure that, they will start telling you the reality of your new direction. An advice that will not be to kill your joy but rather to uplift your experience.
To be honest with you, guys. If only I'm asked to give guide I will direct you to the path of ‘’ENTREPRENEURSHIP’’.
Tony O. Olumelu the chairman of UBA once said’’ if only we want to create more jobs and develop our countries we should consider Entrepreneurship’’; as it’s the synonym of the private sector.
To be frank enough here, no country public sector will capable of employing everyone.
I want you to choose to be an entrepreneur today, which doesn't only means to have a business on your own but rather to be a problem solver.
The corporate world needs graduates that are capable of solving problems, those who can think out of the box.
Before I sum up here, I want to admonish you all to start building your mindset in entrepreneurship today and try to develop a plan b of getting yourself and others employed.
In just a few minutes from now, today will soon be a memory so be present and relish every second of it. Caps off to you, graduates 🥰💐🎉🙌💡👨🎓👩🎓🎓✨
