"NAN" is one province that you should not miss if coming to Thailand. I think people are friendly and weather is very nice. If you like the comfortable atmosphere, you will definitely like Nan. I feel like I came to rest when coming here. I really like it. If you have a chance, I want you to try to experience this atmosphere like me too!
