We are looking for Client Operation Support – Europe Market position.

Key Accountabilities:
• Manage customer data and provide advice on image editing services.
• Monitor job entries and manage deadlines.
• Investigate and solve issues or complaints.
• Act proactively to address and anticipate possible issues.
• Ensure a clear understanding of all projects between customers and the team.
• Quality check to make sure all locations keep up to the standard.
• Understand differences in the standard of beauties between different regions and be able to advise or propose suitable treatments for customers.
• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
• Ready to assist other CSs and Sales where needed.

Requirements for Successful Candidates:
• Learn fast and Think critically.
• Detail oriented and Proactive.
• Structured, Highly responsible and Self-motivated.
• Able to communicate clearly and positively to all parties.
• Able to overcome challenges in a timely manner and under pressure.
• Multitasking and Efficiency in time management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1 – 2 years experience in service or media business.
• Fresh grads with exceptional language skills and Photoshop knowledge are welcome.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English (TOEIC 750 and above).
• Foreigners who have a Non-B visa and work permit in Thailand are welcome to apply.
• Experience working in an international environment is a big plus.

Job Description:
The Sales & Business Development Executive/Manager will balance their time between maintaining current clients and the development of new clients and business opportunities. The candidate will learn to understand their clients current market environment and the markets and industries relevant developments domestically and international to consult the client on service relevant questions. Additionally, the candidate will undergo the necessary in-house training to be able to determine the best solution to address the clients’ business needs.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze new industries with their current state and development and proceed with a structural market entrance in selected industries.

Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment the successful candidate will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives.

This role will manage the function between the client and the in-house customer service team.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sales & Business Development Management activities and performance in Thailand.
• Identify potential markets, market segments and clients for Schnellmedia Asia in Thailand.
• Prospecting and lead generation activities
• Consult, educate and network with key prospect and clients.
• Deal with all sales processes.
• Report directly to the Business Development Director.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant parties to ensure that sales objectives and targets are achieved.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English & Thai
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate computer skills in CRM, database and/or Adobe design package skills are desirable
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with a very clear attention to detail.
• Resilient with the ability to handle difficult and challenging situations.
• A willingness and ability to travel upcountry.

Experience:
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous sales & business development. and/or support experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in outbound sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
