🍞🥛 ใกล้หน้าหนาว อากาศเริ่มเย็นแบบนี้ ต้องหาขนมปังปิ้งร้อนๆ พร้อมกับนมอุ่นสักแก้วมาผ่อนคลายความเหนื่อยล้าซะแล้ว!

วันนี้เลยอยากจะมาแนะนำร้านขนมปังนมสดเปิดใหม่กันค่าร้านนี้ชื่อว่า “ākho - อาโค ปังนมสด” มู้ดของร้านอบอุ่นมากก ขนมและเครื่องดื่มก็อร่อย!

เมนูแนะนำของร้านนี้ที่เราประทับใจก็จะมีขนมปังปังนึ่งนิ่มๆ ทานคู่กับสังขยาใบเตยและชาไทย (สูตรเฉพาะของทางร้าน) ขนมปังย่างเนยกรอบนอกนุ่มใน เสิร์ฟคู่กับไอศกรีม เมนูนี้ขอบอกเลยว่าฟินนสุดๆ และอีกหนึ่งเมนูก็คือปังปิ้งวิปครีมไมโล ขนมปังปิ้งหอมๆ ท็อปด้วยวิปครีปที่ทางร้านตีเองกับมือบอกเลยว่าอร่อยเข้มข้น! นอกจากนี้ทางร้านเค้ายังมีเครื่องดื่มและขนมให้เลือกเยอะมากกก💕

เอาละ! ได้เวลาปล่อยรูปที่ดองในกล้องมานาน

ช่วงหน้าหนาวเมื่อปีที่แล้ว เราได้มีโอกาสไปเที่ยวเชียงดาว น่าจะเป็นครั้งที่สองของการไปเยือนอำเภอที่รายล้อมด้วยป่าไม้ และภูเขาของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ >//<

แอบลังเลอยู่นานว่าจะพักที่ไหนดี สุดท้ายก็ตัดสินใจพักที่ Chiang Dao Nest ที่พักใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ให้ฟีลอบอุ่นในกระท่อมติดภูเขาหลังเล็กๆ และที่สำคัญมีเจ้าเหมียวตัวอ้วนนนน่ารักมุมิ คอยมานอนอาบแดดทุกเช้าด้วย ไม่รู้ว่าน้องชื่ออะไรเลยเรียกว่า น้องหนมปัง 🍞🍞

Well ! It’s time to share the story through photographs that have been kept for a long time.

Last winter, I had the opportunity to visit Chiang Dao. It’s one of the most beautiful places, surrounded by trees and mountains in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

At first, I hesitated because there are so many interesting accommodations, but I chose Chiang Dao Nest 2. A small, cozy cottage located near mountain and nature.

And most importantly, there was a lovely fat cat taking to sunbathe every morning as well. I didn’t know what her name, so I named her ‘Ka Nhom Pang’ 🐈🍞

คงไม่มีอะไรจะดีไปกว่าการได้เข้าไปอยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติสีเขียว อันแสนสงบ หลบหลีกจากสิ่งที่ทำให้เหนื่อยล้า ปล่อยร่างกายและจิตใจให้ได้ชาร์จพลัง พร้อมรับวันใหม่ที่ใกล้เข้ามาในอีกไม่ช้า

Nothing is better than living in greenery!
When you feel like one day is too long to live, it’s mean your heart and your body are so tired. Those are the sign, reminding you to take a break.

Next time when you notice that you are fatigued, don’t forget to bring yourself into the nature.

‘สวนพฤกษศาสตร์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ ’ หนึ่งในสถานที่ของความทรงจำวัยเด็ก นึกย้อนไปสมัยตอนเด็กๆ จำได้เลยว่าตอนนั้นโรงเรียนพาไปทัศนศึกษา ทำให้เราบังเอิญไปนั่งใกล้ๆ ต้นไม้ต้นหนึ่งซึ่งมีกลิ่นฉุนมากเหมือนสูดสมุนไพรทั้งไร่เข้าปอด บอกเลยว่าเวียนหัว และเกลียกลิ่นนั้นมาก ตอนนั้นน่าจะหันไปอ่านชื่อต้นไม้แต่คิดว่าคงอ่านไม่ออกเลยจำไม่ได้

ทำให้เราที่กลับมาเยือนสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ในรอบนี้ (รอบสิบกว่าปี ฮ่าๆๆ) เอาแต่เดินตามหาต้นที่ว่า สุดท้ายก็ได้แต่กลิ่นของมันเป็นช่วงๆ แต่ไม่เจอต้น จนทุกวันนี้ก็ยังคาใจว่าน้องคือต้นอะไรกันแน่

วันที่เราไปมีโรงเรือนปิดฟื้นฟู 2 แห่ง ไม่แน่ว่าน้องต้นกลิ่นสมุนไพรอาจจะอยู่ในนั้นก็ได้…
