After my non-stop longings for Greece, I received this lovely gift from a caring & generous friend. 💙🤍 A Santorini wine for the memory of summer 2020! 🇬🇷 Made of Santorini’s flagship Assyrtiko grapes and classified as Nykteri. Nykteri in Greek means “working the night away” as this wine was traditionally harvested at night. It has been aged in oak for 3 months. It has medium gold colour. Bone-dry, high acidity, medium bodied. Fresh fruits, lime and beewax on the nose. Lime & flint on the palete. Seasalt on the finish 😋 Loved it to the moon & back! Yunanistan hasretimin ayyuka çıkmasının sonucu olarak, çok sevdiğim cömert bir arkadaşımdan bu süper hediyeyi aldım. 💙🤍 2020 yazının anısına bir Santorini şarabı. 🇬🇷 Santorini’nin meşhur Assyrtiko üzümünden yapılmış ve Nykteri olarak sınıflandırılmış. Nykteri Yunanca’daki anlamına uygun olarak gece hasat edilmiş üzümlerden yapılmış ve fıçıda en az 3 ay bekletilmiş şaraplar icin kullanılan bir sınıflandırma. Orta altın renkli. Orta gövdeli, sek ve yüksek asiditeli. Burunda taze meyveler, lime ve balmumu notaları. Damakta lime ve çakmak taşı, bitişinde de deniz tuzu. 😋 ba-yıl-dım 😍

🇹🇷👇🏻Another marvelous wine from made of %100 Albariño grapes 🍇 Pale yellow color. On the nose melon, peach and candy along with some floral notes. 🌸 On the palate it is very strong with lime and lemon among its high minerality. 🥂 🇬🇧🇹🇷 ’dan şahane bir şarap daha. %100 Albariño üzümünden üretilmiş. 🍇 Açık sarı renkli. Burunda kavun, şeftali ve şeker, çiçeksi notalarla birlikte.🌸 Damakta ise yüksek mineralite ile lime ve limon öne çıkıyor. 🥂 🙏🏻

Daydreaming time. Hot sun, cold Aegean Sea, lunch with seafood with a glass of white table wine. 🥂 Thassos has a beach for every taste. 💙 // Hayal kurma vakti. Sıcak güneş, serin deniz, deniz ürünü bol bir öğle yemeği, yanında buz gibi beyaz şarapla. 🥂 Thassos’un her zevke hitap eden bir plajı var.💙

🇹🇷👇🏻Yet this is the beach bar view that I have been mentioning in my previous post! (the one before the Vinolus) It is really hard to choose, so I spent 2 sunsets on this spot; one on the beach bar “Karnagio” that you see now and another at the top. 🌅 Almost the same spot with different altitudes provide totally different experiences! 🇬🇧🇹🇷 Ve bu da sahildeki beach bar “Karnagio”nun gün batımı manzarası. (İki önceki postumda tepeden olanı görebilirsiniz) Ben seçim çok zor olduğu için hem Karnagio’ya, hem de tepeden Karnagio’yu gören noktaya birer günbatımı ayırmıştım. İkisinin de keyfi çok ayrı.🌅

🇹🇷👇🏻An indigenous grape of Turkey, Kalecik Karası has been turned into a classy wine by one of the most elegant ladies among Turkish winemakers . are located in Kayseri, Central Anatolia and they are organic. 🍇 Medium red color with tints of brick. Red fruits, especially red cherry on the nose & the palate. Vanilla and white pepper on the palate. Medium finish with earthy notes. 🇬🇧🇹🇷 Türkiye’nin yerli üzümlerinden Kalecik Karası, Türkiye’nin bence en zarif kadın şarap üreticilerinden tarafından kendi gibi zarif bir şaraba dönüştürülmüş. İç Anadolu’da, Kayseri’de organik bağlara sahip. 🍇 Orta kırmızı renkli, yer yer kiremit yansımaları var. Burunda ve damakta yoğun kırmızı meyveler, özellikle kiraz. Vanilya ve beyaz biber damakta. Orta uzunlukta topraksı bir bitişi var.

I think this is the best spot to watch the sunset in Thassos! Both the cliff that I took the photo from and Karnagio Beach Bar. It totally depends on what you prefer, how you wish to enjoy it. 🇹🇷👇🏻An amazing rose from ! Pretty dry one which is a perfect match to my taste. ♥️ Papaskarası, Kalecik Karasi and Cinsault blend. Medium salmon color. Red berry, cranberry & lemon zest notes on the palate which is very similar to the nose. Mineral finish. High acidity. Well balanced. Perfect summer wine.🍷 🇬🇧🇹🇷 ’den muhteşem bir rose! Oldukça sek, bu anlamda benim damak zevkime çok uyuyor. ♥️ Papaskarası, Kalecik Karasi ve Cinsault üzümlerinden bir blend. Orta yavruağzı renkte. Kırmızı dut, yaban mersini ve limon kabuğu aromaları hem damakta hem burunda. Mineralimsi bitiş, yüksek asidite, oldukça dengeli. Mükemmel bir yaz şarabı. 🍷
