With Insight Vacations, a lunch stop is never just a lunch stop — it’s an important part of the journey.
Whenever we can, we go a little out of our way to find places where local people eat, where recipes have been passed down through generations, and where every dish is prepared with care. Sometimes that means taking the scenic route or driving a few extra miles, but it’s always worth it.
Because travel isn’t only about the places we see. It’s also about the flavors we discover, the stories we hear around the table, and the friendships that grow over a shared meal.
In Turkey, we often say that the way to happiness is through a good meal. Looking around this table today, I think there’s a lot of truth in that.
