The path was intermittently shrouded in fog during the hike in Alishan, resembling a scene from a horror movie or a mysterious journey. At times, the trail would vanish ahead, sparking hesitation and uncertainty in my mind. Isn't that akin to life itself? Moments where the future seems unclear and directionless, leaving one feeling lost.
Yet, if we persevere and refuse to give up on ourselves, clarity will gradually emerge along the way.

How's it going? ❤️ Since my last post, It has been nearly half a year to stay inactive on everything. At first, I just wanted to take a break from social media and avoid the anxiety, but then I took a pretty long break that I didn't expect.

During this period, I learned to slow down everything, I learned to experience more things around and I learned more knowledge. Although I am still struggling with some things, I am ready to start again with a whole new perspective.✨

Making ourselves a priority in our own life is necessary and important.✊

Most of us often make sacrifices and put others' needs before our own, because that's how we are taught by conventional wisdom to become better people. To be honest, it sounds ironic that we can even end up subconsciously harming our health, energy, and relationship if we always give to others and we forget about ourselves.

We should be aware that we are just an option to others, but not a priority. Life is not always fair, so we need to put ourselves at the top of your priority list. No one can take care of ourselves better than we do. Life also can be all-consuming, so taking time from the negative and exhaustion to explore our feelings can do us a world of good.

From now on, Prioritizing everything about ourselves, especially our physical and mental health, is the best way to put our best self out there for all the world to see. 🙏❤️

Our only limit is our souls. 🔐

Since when have we been worrying too much? With age increasing, we seem to put our souls far away behind, because society and responsibility are gradually planting the seed of fear in our hearts to keep us in our comfort zone. Then, the roots twist too deep to hew. If we do not hew in time, we only left all regrets here.

Our souls are very powerful and Ineffable, and we should let them shine freely. Throwing any worries away, we are brave and confident enough to do what we believe in and break the limit.
