this is the beginning of my color photo series! i was inspired by Color Factory when i visited a month ago, and i’ve been wanting to incorporate more color into my photography and thought this might be a fun way to do so.

I remember the time I was taking Matt + Michaela’s wedding portraits when I had the idea to borrow the inn’s golf cart and drive around the island in search of other pretty photo spots. I drove, was in my passenger seat, and Matt + Michaela sat in the back. As I drove them by the tent full of wedding guests, I yelled “I want everyone to cheer for the bride and groom as I drive by!” and they all did and honestly I loved being the hype man (hype woman??) for a moment. One of my favorite memories from this day.
