M-House slices through Yuanlin’s skyline with sharp, geometric intent. Designed by MONARCH – 691 Creative Design (Cosmo Liu), the concrete volume feels carved rather than constructed — a monolith punctured by triangles, cantilevered wedges, and a single circular eye framing the city beyond.
The façade plays with depth and shadow, each projection casting hard lines that shift across the board-formed surface throughout the day. Windows refuse convention, tilting and cutting diagonally through the mass, while the rooftop void reads like a dramatic incision pulled from the block.
Inside, the language continues: exposed concrete, steel beams, and minimal detailing maintain a raw clarity, softened only by light filtering through those angular apertures.
A sculptural presence in an otherwise ordinary streetscape — uncompromising, precise, and quietly confrontational. AVVIT!
