I love my job. I truly do. I get to experience so many stories and get to tell them in my own way. I also appreciate the trust people show in my vision. It may sound crazy when I tell them I want to photograph them as they are in their house. But they are the most precious photographs you’ll ever have. It was such an honor to document these newborn squishy moments of Davi and her mama Nicole. I am so excited to see these on your beautiful wall full of adorable pictures. Bonus was I got to spend time and hold a baby!! Thank you for giving me this honor!

Iona (age 4) was by far my most favorite client this year. Families with young kids is my niche clientele. It’s where I shine the most. This is a documentary photographers dream shoot. Kids are like wildflowers. You can never tell them what to do and they have so much direction of their own that you get many unexpected but delightful moments to witness. It is everything a candid photographer yearns for. and her family was gorgeous to document and it was such an honor to take their family pictures.Thank you so much Kate for trusting me:)

I am too bad at sharing my client work on social media and I need to work on that. But what I am really good at is capturing beautiful and authentic moments of your family. I realized this while taking our family pictures this year that kids grow by leaps and bounds. I cried looking back at our old family pictures. My babies are babies no more. That is why these pictures mean so much more in years to come. I am also super thankful for all the love and trust these families put in me. Super blessed with my first season in Akron:)

I had quite a busy week work wise but also filled my cup so much! When you book a session with me, I promise you there will be lots of authentic moments like these. I take pride in getting real smiles out of you. None of the awkwardness. Kids make the rules of the party and having fun is the outcome! Pam and her beautiful family. It was my honor to document their family on the occasion of Pam’s 70th birthday. Extended family sessions are special. These pictures will be cherished for years to come and It was a pleasure to celebrate this milestone birthday. And how lucky are we to be right next to a beautiful national park. It provides the perfect backdrop to photograph.
