Watching little ones explore a brand-new set, discover their cake, and simply be themselves is one of my favorite parts of these sessions. Every baby celebrates differently, and that’s what makes each gallery so special.

Sweet Olivia Jade. 🤍

Just 5 days new, and already so incredibly loved.

Like many newborns, Olivia needed a little extra soothing for a few poses, but by the end of her session she settled into this peaceful little curl… and I think this final image may have ended up being my favorite of the day.

Sometimes the simplest portraits become the ones families treasure the most. No elaborate props or distractions—just a beautiful baby exactly as she is.

It was such a pleasure meeting Olivia’s family. Her mom found our studio on social media while searching for a newborn photographer in the Birmingham area, and Grandma even came along to enjoy the session. I love getting to watch families soak in these first precious days together.

If you’re expecting, don’t wait until baby arrives to reserve your session. We only accept a limited number of newborns each month so every family receives the time and attention they deserve.

Today was such a special day! đź’•

Danielle came into her maternity session with a beautiful vision, and from our planning consultation to today’s session, every detail was carefully considered to bring that vision to life.

Because she’s only a couple of weeks away from meeting her sweet baby, we kept the session focused and efficient, making sure she wasn’t holding poses any longer than necessary. Danielle and her husband were absolutely wonderful to work with—they looked carefully at each sample pose, followed every bit of direction, and made the entire experience feel effortless.

Seeing all of the planning come together into images like this is one of my favorite parts of what I do. ❤️

A few months ago, we photographed a beautiful baby bump. Now we have photographed the beautiful baby who was growing inside it.

One of my favorite parts of our Bump to Baby experience is seeing the full story come together.

Seeing these two portraits side by side is such a beautiful reminder of how quickly everything changes. And now the precious baby girl they were waiting so patiently to meet peacefully sleeps wrapped in the maternity gown.

Thank you both for trusting us to capture both chapters of your family’s story. It has been such an honor. 💜

A few tears at the beginning, and then pure sweetness. đź’•

Three-week-old Eleanor wasn’t quite sure about this when she first arrived at the studio today. But once she was wrapped up cozy and secure, she settled right in and showed us exactly why I love photographing newborns.

Not only did she give us this peaceful little pose in our heart prop, but she also treated us to some beautiful eye contact and even a few smiles later in the session. 🥹

As the baby sister to two big brothers, she is already so loved, and I can’t wait for Mom and Dad and Grandma to see the rest of their gallery.

Two-year-olds are truly the boss of their own little world…
and we’re all just along for the adventure. 🤎

Sweet Eliana is turning 2! Shekept us on our toes during her “Born Two Be Wild” birthday session, and honestly? We loved every second of it. The giggles, the curiosity, the tiny moments in between — this age is wild, busy, emotional, hilarious, and absolutely worth documenting.

These are the moments parents never want to forget!
