Just here to brag on one of my favorite venue owners for a second. 🤍

Jeff at Twisted Oaks Events is seriously one of the kindest humans. Like, genuinely would give you the shirt off his back kind of person. He cares so much about his couples, works his butt off, and has created such a beautiful place without charging people an arm and a leg to get married there.

We've gotten to work at Twisted Oaks a few times and I will recommend Jeff over and over again. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, but having someone like him behind the scenes makes it even better.

The Stangs!! ❤️Justice + Tyler had the BEST day yesterday. We started out with the most perfect cool, breezy weather and slowlyyyy worked our way into a good ol’ toasty September afternoon.

If you know Justice + Tyler, you know softball HAD to make its way into their day somehow. 🥎 Their ceremony included some of the sweetest pieces of something they’ve spent so much of their relationship doing together, including tying the strings of a glove as their unity ceremony.

But more than anything, these two were just wonderful. Between that and the stunning details everywhere we looked, it was quite an amazing day.

We were so dang happy to celebrate alongside you two. Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Stang!! ❤️

I really don't have words other than thank you. 🥹

To everyone who voted for us, supports us, recommends us, and continues to trust us with the things that matter most to you.... thank you!! Especially knowing how many incredibly talented photographers and videographers were nominated alongside us, we never, ever want to take this for granted.

God has blessed this little business far beyond anything we could have dreamed up ourselves, and all the glory belongs to Him. I just pray He continues to use us and the gifts He's given us to make a difference in this world, even in the smallest of ways.

After putting out some feelers last week, there was more than enough interest to convince me that we need to give this a try....

The first ever Kids Makers Market at Rule Creative Co is coming to the studio this Christmas!

Saturday, December 5th from 10am–1pm

Makers ages 5–17 will fill the studio with things they will spend the next few months creating, and then we'll open the doors for YOU to come shop from them just in time for Christmas.

I love the idea of giving kids something to work toward, letting them experience creating and selling something of their own, and giving our community a chance to show up and support them while doing a little Christmas shopping at the same time. 🤍

And kid maker applications are officially OPEN!

Booth space is limited, and applications will be reviewed to make sure we have a good variety of products throughout the market. There is a $10 booth fee once accepted, and 100% of those fees will be donated to a local Christmas charity or family in need.
