Trudi Hargis Photography Concert photographer in Albany, N.Y. Music has always been a huge part of my life.

I’ve been to known to show up at concerts three hours early, rain or shine, to make sure I get a spot at the front of the crowd. I live for the energy of live shows — the connection between the band and its audience, the sense of community within the crowd. Now I’m fortunate enough to experience it all from the photo pit, capturing the moments that make live music as thrilling and stimulating as it is.

2017 was a year of bucket-list shoots and seeing some of my favorite bands — to listen to and to photograph (not all represented here): Queens Of The Stone Age, Royal Blood, Kings of Leon, Spoon, Ghost, In This Moment, Stone Sour, She Wants Revenge, Rod Stewart ... the list goes on. I am incredibly, indescribably grateful to get to do what I do. Whatever you have in store, 2018, let’s make it loud. 🤘🏻
