You don’t have to be a professional model to have photos like these. 🥹📸

Something I absolutely LOVE about being a photographer is that most of the people who step in front of my camera aren’t professional models. They’re everyday people like you and me, and for many of them, it’s their very first time having professional photos taken!

I know how intimidating it can be to step in front of a camera, especially when you don’t know how to pose or what to do with your hands. But that’s what I’m here for! I’ll guide you through the poses, help you feel comfortable and make sure we’re having fun along the way.

For this 29th birthday photoshoot in Albuquerque, we played around with the trendy spotlight effect, nice outfits, dramatic shadows and beautiful lighting. And I mean... LOOK AT THESE!

I’m genuinely so grateful for every person who trusts me to photograph them, especially when it’s their first time doing something like this.
So if you’ve been thinking about booking a birthday photoshoot but feel like you’re not photogenic or wouldn’t know how to pose, I promise you don’t need any experience.

Class of 2027, have you started thinking about your senior photos yet? 🎓📸

One of my favorite things about photographing high school seniors is getting to see everyone’s personality come through in their photos!
For this session we got a little bit of everything, the classic letterman jacket and basketball photos to some cute casual outfits, cowboy boots and turquoise jewelry which paired perfectly with my colorful photography style 😭

(Was that a run-on sentence? 🤔)

Anyways, your senior photos don’t have to be boring or look exactly like everyone else’s. Bring your favorite outfits, your sports gear, your hobbies, or anything that represents YOU!
And don’t worry if you’ve never had professional photos taken before. I’ll help you with posing, finding the right angles and making sure we get photos you’ll actually be excited to share.

If you’ve been thinking about getting family photos done in Albuquerque, NOW is the time! 🍂📸

Seriously, look at these colors! The greenery, the blue skies, the Sandia Mountains in the background.. Los Poblanos has become my new favorite spot to do family sessions!

We had such a fun time with this wonderful family, and I especially loved getting photos of everyone together, from the little ones to grandma! 🥹

And here’s your little reminder that you don’t need a special occasion to get family photos done. Sometimes just getting everyone together, dressing up a little and spending an afternoon (or morning) making memories is reason enough.

Plus, we’re right in that sweet spot where Albuquerque’s weather is still beautiful before those really cold days start rolling in.

So if you’ve been putting off booking your family photos, this is your sign to get them done while we still have this gorgeous weather (and before my yearly winter break!)

Sunflowers + green fields = one of the prettiest maternity sessions I’ve done! 📸

Shot this beautiful maternity session at Los Poblanos Open Space. All that green, the sunflowers and the cloudy sky made such a pretty backdrop!

From photos together in the flowers to the little baby shoes and close-ups of the bump, there’s a little bit of everything in this set.

Neon lights and ‘80s vibes with Lenore 📸

Birthday photoshoots that show off your personality is what I’m all about!
This was her first professional photoshoot and she owned it! When she walked in with the red dress and jewelry I knew exactly what lighting to use in order to show off everything about her fit and bring out her personality!

Birthday sessions are not just about taking cool photos, but about celebrating who you are in this exact moment in your life with powerful images!

This senior wanted something edgy, colorful, and completely different from the usual graduation photos… so we hit Graffiti Alley and created some of my favorite senior portraits of the year so far! I didn’t even know we had a graffiti alley btw, she was the creative mastermind!
