Back in the winter of 2020, I got a message from an old college friend, Marcus, who had an amazing story for me - his family had just reunited with his half-sister, who was adopted 28 years earlier - and they wanted to get a little photoshoot done commemorating the huge moment. I'm so grateful to have captured some images of their new connection - and now over a year on, they live just a few miles away from each other and are already growing closer - and KOB picked up their story & my photograph at the end of last year! Thanks for allowing me to be such a special piece of your history, DeNae 🙌✨ You & your family is wonderful!

It’s my dad’s birthday, and there’s nothing he likes more than chile & drinking beer with his friends (and his girls of course hahah). I had a road trip in the middle of June up to my cousin’s wedding in Montana, where I got to see family I haven’t in ages, explored Yellowstone a bit, and was blown away by how gorgeous green the long drives were. I also got to photograph my other cousin Lindsay, her husband Connor, and get to know their new adorable addition Kieran along the way. Thanks for having me take these photos in such a beautiful place, your boy is a cutie! ✨🏔👶💚

Hope everyone had a sweet Valentine's Day! 💖
Towards the end of last year, I had the honor of photographing my first COVID wedding, with the amazing Jey & Jav - who had a backyard celebration with most of their loved ones watching via the internet. While it's a crazy time for all of us, in so many ways, I'm so glad people are still seeing the light in each other's lives, and safely going about life & traditions to ensure the important memories aren't missed. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous, perfect, fall wedding with me, letting me capture that DANG GOOD fall yellow, and I wish you two forever happiness

Throwin' it back to 2017 when I was hired to create a bunch of fictional floor plans from TV shows & movies for Bizdaq - their article with my illustrations went viral, and ended up in places like Mental Floss! I'd love to work on something similar again soon 🚪 🛋 🖼

Aside from the occasional portrait shoot or wedding, I've really gotten into showing art + design work at First Fridays over the past year. Really felt the love & support Saturday night showing & selling some new and old work at The Harwood Art Center open studios ✨ very thankful for our Albuquerque community connections!
