So decided to kill an afternoon at the NM Natural History Museum today. Hadn’t been there since the renovation, and going through these pics made me realize how many I still have not gone through from my trip to NY and the stuff I shot in that museum. I like museums, whether Art or Natural History, they are just fun to me. I can get lost in my own thoughts and imagination in these things. Some of my best thinking and creativity comes from just absorbing the knowledge these places hold. I’ve been to a few museums, MoMA, NY Natural History Museum, The Met, The Denver Museum of Natural History, The Louvre. I need to make trips planned around going to museums everytime I visit somewhere new…

As we slide into the warm season, I am hoping for a good monsoon. I see the forming and I get excited, only to watch them disappear as they float further away. I like the summer, but I love the rain. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be getting much as the season progresses, hopefully I’m wrong…
