✨Important Update ✨

Moving forward, I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

AI creates images based on images they’ve seen. It uses all of the images that’s in its database to “create” a child. They are real features of real children.

The only images I will be posting with children in them will be images where you are unable to see their full face.

As a mom of three, the safety of children and my clients will always come before anything.

Children’s faces don’t need to be posted to feel the emotion between my clients.

Will it affect my business?
I don’t care if it does.

Thank you everyone, for understanding my decision. It’s been something that’s weighed on my heart for a long time and this was the sign I definitely needed. ✨
