Do you realize weā€™re only a blink away from the end of the year?
If you havenā€™t taken a family photo yet, or if youā€™re still thinking ā€œmaybe I should get a holiday card printedā€¦ā€ trust me, youā€™re not alone. I was in the same boat.

So this weekend, I finally set up the Christmas backdrop and took ours.
And with a 5-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a husband who doesnā€™t even use social mediaā€¦ You can imagine the negotiation skills required. šŸ˜‚

Hereā€™s the truth I always tell my clients: when the setup is right, family photos donā€™t have to take forever.
It took us 30 minutes to get dressedā€¦ and literally 5 minutes to get the shot.

We both were happy. Him for being able to break the rule of not running inside... me for getting this image I had in my mind in real life
