Retiring in March. After 4 decades of flowers for weddings and various events and Embassy parties dinners and the Dutch Queens’75 th birthday at the Embassy !!!
I met so many wonderful people during these years of flowers and photography.
I think of the overseas weddings Costa Rica Spain ..
the out of town weddings - the logistics!!

I shall miss all those who worked with me and helped me make the business a success during all these years. I could not have done it without them. My husband,i thank for standing by me in the stressful moments and also for filling my wine glass to keep the creative juices flowing during the late late night sessions. There were many ! My daughters for, helping and encouraging with compliments as well as helping hands when the hours were endless and the flowers kneedeep.
Even providing wedding cookies in later years !!!

I will continue to do the small event or wedding but in a very relaxed mode. Consulting and coordinating i shall continue to be available for.

Starting to sell some of the glassware and party props.
Thats the next job!

I am looking forward to new interests and opportunities.
And. - i must continue writing my book with lots of fun stories!

About a decade ago, scientists discovered that coyotes mate with just one partner in their lifetimes. But more recent research has turned to the sadder side of their lifelong love: the grief of widowhood. After the death of a mate, these canids exhibit clear behavioral and brain changes, which researchers hope may help explain how stress and loss affect other long-term, pair-bonded species—including humans.
