this insane heat wave got me out the door at 6am for this ride and it was well worth it. no cars, no people. just me my bike and nature ahh

i unintentionnaly did 46 miles today. i’m so tired but mentally feel great 😌

even though i got concussion #2 and what will probably be a dark spot on my face for the next couple years, at least i got to hang out with my dog and find joy in smaller things. also yes i’m back on the bike

if you’re looking for a place to relax and be in the woods but still have all the ammenties you can ask for, this is absolutely it. and bonus points for being a 2 mile bike ride from my favorite flow trail in dupont state forest (hint: it’s ridgeline) and some pretty amazing waterfalls and hiking spots all right around the corner. did i mention there’s also a sweet lil ice cream spot at the entrance?

10/10 recommend. thank you so much for the absolutely INCREDIBLE, relaxing stay 🌸

got my mom a bike for mother’s day! 💕

my mom always wanted to enjoy biking but never had the time, means, or resources to growing up. she immigrated to america as a young teenager, and frankly, had to worry about other things so that i wouldn’t have to ❤️

the new Axum Comp from is perfect for her – affordable, low-maintenance, and ideal for those trying out the sport for the first time without a huge commitment. it’s given her the chance to explore easy trails and reconnect with the outdoors in ways she couldn’t growing up.

it’s pure joy for me to introduce her to this sport and give back to her for all she’s done for me in this small way. i’m so excited to explore the outdoors with my mom on two wheels 🫶🏽
